Hi, my name is Chris! I’m an actor, designer, and general-theatre person currently based in NYC. I’m originally from Sonoma California, where I lived my whole life until I went off to college. I found my passion for theatre and performing in Middle School Drama class and carried that with me to get into NYU Tisch School of the Arts. I studied there for three-and-a-half years and graduated in December 2019 with a B.F.A. in Theatre.
My training at NYU was through Playwrights Horizons Theatre School. Here, we were taught how to generate, piece together, and present our own original work with our fellow classmates and friends. Much of this training stemmed from a foundation in movement, and I quickly found an affinity for devising through movement in my acting training and in the shows I took part in - both student and faculty led. When I wasn't on stage, I was up in the grid designing lights for several student productions and doing freelance production work around the Tri-State Area.
Today I’m continuing to freelance and audition around New York, back home near the Bay Area, or wherever work presents itself next!
